About Us
Flint Crossing HOA is a welcoming community of 114 homes in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. Founded in 2023, our neighborhood offers scenic amenities such as an 18-acre lake and a community swimming pool with pavilion, creating many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. We are dedicated to maintaining our community’s high standards while fostering a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable place to call home.
Community Pavilion
Community Pavilion Reservations
The community pavilion is available at no charge for residents to reserve and use for private events.
Reservation Guidelines:
- Reservations are limited to half-day time blocks only.
- All-day reservations are not permitted.
- Available time slots:
- 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Community Pool
- The pool is set to open May 1, we need your help to prepare the area.
- During pavilion events, the pool remains open for regular homeowner use.

Community Events
Community clean up day is Saturday 25 April (weather permitting)
- Please help clean and prepare the pavilion and pool area for the season.
- With your help, we can host engaging events throughout the year—such as holiday parties, block parties, and community clean-up days. These events create meaningful opportunities for neighbors to connect and strengthen our community. Upcoming events will be listed here.
Community News
HOA annual dues are due January 31st
The pool opening will be May 1st.
