Flint Crossing HOA is a thriving community of 114 homes in Owens Crossroads, Alabama. Established in 2023, our community offers an 18-acre lake and a community swimming pool with a pavilion, providing residents with ample opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors. As a Home Owners Association, we are dedicated to maintaining the high standards of our neighborhood and ensuring a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable living experience for all our residents.

Our community pavilion is available at no charge for residents to reserve and use for events. No “all day” reservations are allowed. You can use the Pavilion on half-day basis, i.e., 10:00am to 4:00pm or 4:00pm to 10:00pm maximum. The Pool is closed from mid-September to May. The Pool will still be open to homeowner use during private Pavilion events.
